Service Description

Teens are so busy with school, sports and other after school activities, but soon they'll be out of the house trying to feed themselves and make healthy food choices. This is the perfect time to instill some confidence in the kitchen by acquiring skills to last for a life time. Each week the participants will learn how to make a simple and healthy dish they will be able to share with their family and friends. Taught by Nancy Silver
