Ingredients Â
• 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or morselsÂ
• 10 Medjool dates, pittedÂ
• 1 cup light coconut milkÂ
• 1/4 cup waterÂ
• 1 ripe avocadoÂ
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powderÂ
Instructions Â
1. Melt the chocolate and set aside.Â
2. Remove pit from dates, if necessary, and chop into small pieces.Â
3. Add chopped dates, coconut milk, and water into a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth. Some small pieces of dates is okay. Â
4. Peel and pit the avocado. Add to the food processor along with melted chocolate chips, and cocoa powder. Blend again until creamy.Â
5. Transfer into a small bowl or container. Chill in the fridge for at least 1-3 hours (or even overnight).Â
6. Enjoy with powdered sugar or fruit!
