Seasoned Pan Roasted Chicken and Roasted Potatoes

Chicken and Roasted Potatoes


For the chicken

2-4 pounds chicken breast, cut into strips (if you have young kids cut them before the class starts)

1 onion

2-4 teaspoons combined spices (paprika, cumin, turmeric, ginger or anything you like)

2-3 tablespoons olive oil

For the potatoes:

2-4 pounds any kind of potatoes (russet, golden, red, sweet, big or small) if you are in a rush to serve dinner, boil the potatoes first, that will significantly cut the time of roasting.

1/4-1/3 cup olive oil

1 tablespoons dry herbs such as oregano, sage, rosemary thyme - optional

salt and pepper


2 large bowls

1 large sheet pan

1 large pan
