Blended Oat Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of oats

  • 1 cup whole milk or dairy free milk

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 banana

  • 1 Tb maple syrup

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add the oats and blend until it looks like oat flour.

  2. Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth. You may need to use a spatula to scrape sides of the blender.

  3. Pour batter in a squeeze bottle and then prep garnish such as, chopped bananas, chocolate chips, etc.

  4. Heat griddle and make pancakes with the batter.

  5. Garnish with your chopped bananas, chocolate chips, and maple syrup.
