Spinach Pancakes

  • 1 cup self rising flour

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach

Garnish Toppings:

  • Cherry tomatoes-diced

  • Avocados-diced

  • Lime- squeezed on avocados

  • Parmesan cheese-grated or shred


  1. Blend the flour, milk, egg and spinach in a blender until smooth.

  2. Transfer batter to a squeeze bottle and prep the toppings to garnish the pancake.

  3. After prepping the vegetables and cheese, heat up griddle and squeeze some batter to make pancakes on the griddle.
